Thank you for your participation in our study, the Multi Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA). Without your participation, it would not have been possible to conduct the study. MESA has been highly successful and is known all over the world for contributions to the field of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease epidemiology.

The scientific integrity of our study depends heavily on your participation. Every member of MESA adds value to the findings of the study. MESA has published more than 1,600 papers in scientific journals, contributing to our understanding of the natural history and development of cardiovascular diseases and other diseases such as lung disease.
