- A practical exam, demonstrating ability to explain the procedure to participants, proper measurement of the arm and selection of cuff size, proper application of the device, checking comparability with a manual BP read, and completion of forms. A checklist will be used by the trainer to verify that all procedures are performed correctly by the RA
- Complete and pass a written exam
- Submit one acceptable practice study that records data over 24 hours on a volunteer - showing a minimal of 20 day and 7-night valid readings.

- Practice the procedure (including albuteral inhalation) on at least 5 volunteers or as often as needed to become comfortable with the procedure
- Complete online training, including answering all chapter questions
- Complete and pass final on-line test
- Perform and transmit 10 good quality tests (as determined by Spirometry RC staff). If any are of poor quality, additional practice and transmission of 5 additional tests will be required
20. Oximetry
- Read Exam 7 MOP Section 7.3
- Practice on at least 5 volunteers
- Submit measurements for 5 volunteers
- Enter data into E7 Test REDCap database
- Perform and transmit 10 good quality tests (as determined by Spirometry RC staff). If any are of poor quality, additional practice and transmission of 5 additional tests will be required
